Company History:
HDR was formed in 1984 and incorporated in 1987 as a Medicare Certified Rehabilitation Agency providing physical, occupational and speech therapy services. Although our initial focus was on providing services in skilled nursing facilities, we have expanded our scope to include hospitals, schools, pediatric clinics, outpatient clinics, home health patients, day care facilities and assisted living facilities. In addition, we offer billing and follow-up services to independent therapy clinics. We grew from a small company providing services in three central Minnesota facilities to a company that employs over 200 therapists in Minnesota, North Dakota and Wisconsin.
Employee Owned:
HDR is employee oriented and considers all employees to be our partners. HDR employees collectively own 80% of the company through the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). This allows all eligible employees to directly share in the growth and financial success of the company. We believe that HDR should reward all of its employees with more than just the normal pay and benefit set. We believe at HDR that all of the employees who make the company successful should have a direct share in the company’s future success.
