HDR Educational Services is a division of Health Dimensions Rehabilitation,
Inc. (HDR). The goal of HDR Educational Services is to provide and
encourage training and education in order to promote personal and
professional growth and development. We believe that staff development
promotes creativity and innovation which is essential for quality
patient care.

Procedure
Pre registration
is required for all workshops. Early registration is recommended as many workshops have limited enrollment. Please
complete the Registration Form for HDR Employees or Non-Employees and mail with the registration fee made payable to HDR Educational
Services. Credit card registrations may be submitted via the

Confirmation
letters will be sent 2 weeks prior to the workshop you are
attending. If you want to know if your registration and payment
have been received prior to that time, please call.
You are considered
registered when HDR has received your payment. Workshops will
be filled on a first-paid, first-registered basis. A phone call
and/or message does not constitute a guaranteed spot in a workshop.
If a workshop is filled we will notify you and place you on a waiting
list and you will be contacted if space becomes available.
HDR
is not responsible for any non refundable travel plans you make.
Cancellations
In case of inclement
weather, cancellation announcements will be made on Minneapolis/St.
Paul radio station WCCO AM 830. If HDR Educational Services
must cancel the workshop, you will be contacted and your registration
fee will be refunded in full. Individuals who fail to attend without
canceling will be charged the full fee. Refund requests made
after the workshop will not be considered.
HDR is not responsible
for any non refundable travel plans you make.
Continuing
Education
Certificates
of Attendance listing workshop title, location, date, contact hours,
presenter's name and sponsor's name will be handed out at the conclusion
of the workshop. This will enable you to register your credit with
the appropriate licensing board or association.
Approval for
continuing education credit hours has been applied for from the
Minnesota Board of Medical Practice for Physical Therapy Category
One approval. PT workshops also meet the criteria for North Dakota
continuing education. Occupational Therapists are responsible for
determining whether the workshop meets their requirements for acceptable
continuing education. SLP workshops have been submitted for approval
to the North Dakota SLP Board. HDR is approved by the Minnesota
Department of Health to sponsor continuing education activities
in speech-language pathology and audiology. The workshops offered
are directly related to speech-language pathology.
